3. How to replace the display screen.

For full touch screen:

3)  Use a hair drier to heat the black area as below picture shows. When the glue is melted, use a card to separate the touch screen from the panel.

3) Take out the display screen and touch screen.

Important note: Don't let any objects touch the inside of the touch screen, including your fingers and dust. 

4)  After all you can remove the display screen and replace the new one. And connect all the plugs after you replace the display screen.
5)  In some case you need to update the display screen parameters firmware, please take a picture of the model (print on the back ) for display screen, send it to our customer service and they will send the firmware to you to update.

1)  Remove four screws on the heat sink, open it and disconnect all the plugs.

2)  Remove the bracket.

4) Remove the adhesive tape and then you can separate the touch screen from the display screen. 

5) After all you can remove the display screen and replace the new one. And connect all the plugs after you replace the display screen.

Important note: Don't let any objects touch the inside of the touch screen, including your fingers and dust. 

1. The display screen is black when there is sound from speaker.

1)  Try to reconnect the display flat cable for display screen.

2)  Check if the flat cable for display screen was damaged, if yes, apply a flat cable for display screen to replace it.

3)  Check if the backlight drive IC for display screen is burned, if yes, it is the mainboard problem. You need to replace the mainboard or resend a new player.

4)  If all are checked and it still does not work, then it should be the display screen problem, please apply a new display screen to replace it.

2. The display screen is blurred. 
The display screen is white.
The display screen is blue.
The display screen is green.

1)  Try to reconnect the display flat cable for display screen.

2)  Check if the flat cable for display screen was damaged, if yes, apply a flat cable for display screen to replace it.

3)  Try to turn on the player when your car’s engine is off. If the display screen work correctly when engine is off, then you need to add a current stabilizer to our power cable.

4)  It can also cause by the screen parameters firmware missing, you can ask our customer service to send the correct screen parameters firmware to you to update.
5)  If all are checked and it still does not work, then it should be the display screen problem, please apply a new display screen to replace it.
