1. My touch screen does not work correctly.

1) Use your five fingers to long press the touch screen on home page, player will switch to ‘touch screen calibration mode’, then click the cross one by one.
2) Ask customer service to send you a touch screen firmware to update.
3) Try to reconnect the touch screen plug, following below steps:

2. How to replace the touch screen?

4) If it does not work, ask customer service to resend a touch screen to replace the defective one.

4) After all you can remove the touch screen and replace the new one. And connect all the plugs after you replace the touch screen.
5) In some case you need to update the touch screen firmware, please take a picture of the model (print on the flat cable ) for touch screen, send it to our customer service and they will send the firmware to you to update.

1) Remove four screws on the heat sink, open it and disconnect all the plugs.

2) Remove the bracket.

3) Take out the display screen and touch screen.

For full touch screen:

1) Remove four screws on the heat sink, open it and disconnect all the plugs.

2) Open the window for touch screen flat cable and pull the flat cable out.

3) Use a hair drier to heat the black area as below picture shows. When the glue is melted, use a card to separate the touch screen from the panel.

Important note: Don't let any objects touch the inside of the touch screen, including your fingers and dust. 

For embedded screen with physical button

4) Remove the adhesive tape and then you can separate the touch screen from the display screen. 

6) After all you can remove the touch screen and replace the new one. And connect all the plugs after you replace the touch screen.
